Kitchen Staff

Job Description:

- Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
- Assist in food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
- Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
- Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure cleaning of the store when required
- Greets guests and prepares their orders, uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record their order, collects payment from guests and makes change
- Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards while preparing food, servicing food and clean up
- Performs light paperwork
- Has a functional knowledge of Hindi or English
- Freshers may apply, Graduation not necessary
- Experience in any QSR brands is preferred

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
