**Overview**:
We are seeking vigilant and reliable Security Guards to join our team. The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. This role requires strong observation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to security enforcement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Surveillance**:

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or other security threats.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to identify suspicious activity or potential security breaches.
- **Access Control**:

- Control access to the premises by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, and directing visitors to their designated areas.
- Enforce entry and exit procedures to maintain security protocols.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
- Report incidents to appropriate authorities and document all security-related activities.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide assistance and information to employees, visitors, and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address inquiries, concerns, or complaints related to security or safety issues.
- **Security Checks**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of bags, packages, or vehicles entering or leaving the premises, following established security procedures.
- Perform security checks on personnel, equipment, or materials as needed.
- **Report Writing**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed logs, reports, and incident documentation.
- Record observations, incidents, or suspicious activities and communicate information to appropriate stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other security personnel and team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of security efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid security guard license or certification.
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong observation and surveillance skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for long periods.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Security: 6 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
