Directing all operational aspects in accordance with the company's objectives
- Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for personnel
- Setting and achieving the branch’s business goals
- Ensuring the branch runs smoothly and adheres to organization's policies
- Preparing and managing the branch’s budget
- Nurturing relationships with customers, vendors and the community

**Responsibilities**
- Direct all operational aspects
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective service opportunities
- Meet goals and metrics
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven home appliance service experience ( Min 1-2 Years)
- Sufficient knowledge of excel & system
- Ability to meet targets and goals
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Leadership skills
- Led tv service experience

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
