**Responsibilities**:

- outbound and inbound calls to/from customers and providing them with information about our products and services.
- Resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Following up on customer interactions to ensure that their issues have been resolved.
- Meeting or exceeding call center metrics such as average handle time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary**: ₹76.12 - ₹85.31 per hour
