1. Assist the head chef in managing kitchen operations.

2. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards.

3. Help plan menus and develop new recipes.

4. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

5. Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained and sanitary.

6. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

7. Train and mentor kitchen staff.

8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

9. Assist in cost control and budget management.

10. Handle administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a sous chef or similar role.

2. Culinary degree or equivalent experience.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

6. Creativity and passion for cooking.

7. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effective.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
