A process coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of materials, information and other resources through a company’s production or service processes. To ensure that all steps are completed in a timely manner and that no steps are missed.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Understand and document business processes, workflows, and associated data
- Analyze process maps to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks
- Develop process improvement recommendations and present to process owners
- Assist with the development and implementation of process improvements
- Monitor process performance post-implementation and develop KPIs
- Train process users on new or improved processes
- Maintain process documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during process redesign or improvement projects
- Serve as a liaison between process stakeholders and IT
- Manage process change requests
- Perform root cause analysis on process issues
- Support process audits

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent in MS Excel & Google Sheets.
- 3-5 years experience in process improvement, project management, or similar role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
