We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as **AR Caller**. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from healthcare providers and members, addressing inquiries related to eligibility, benefits summaries, and general insurance information. Additionally, you will assist providers and members with questions regarding claim status and billing concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers and members, providing accurate and timely information regarding eligibility, benefits summaries, and other general insurance inquiries.
- Assist healthcare providers and members by addressing questions and concerns related to claim status and billing, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Thoroughly document all interactions with healthcare providers and members, including relevant details and actions taken, in accordance with company protocols.
- Maintain departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as defined by the Manager, ensuring productivity and performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Adhere to and meet all departmental and/or campaign Service Level Agreements (SLA), ensuring timely and efficient handling of calls and customer inquiries.
- Maintain a consistent record of good attendance and punctuality, meeting scheduled shifts and breaks as assigned.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the call center operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors / Masters or High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an **AR Caller** or customer service role is preferred, particularly in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with healthcare providers and members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and patience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions and information.
- Familiarity with insurance claim processes and medical billing is advantageous.
- Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attendance record, demonstrating reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are required.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000 - 20,000 per month
