**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and update ledgers, journals, and other financial documents using Tally software.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, as well as monitor actual performance against projections.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or higher.
- Age: 20-40 years.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Word, and Excel is required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driver's license and be willing to travel locally as needed.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
