s a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of computer systems within our organization. Your primary duties will include monitoring system performance, performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to end-users. **Responsibilities**:

- **System Monitoring**: Monitor computer systems and networks for performance issues, errors, and potential security threats.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity, either independently or by escalating to the appropriate support personnel.
- **Backup and Recovery**: Implement data backup procedures and ensure data integrity by performing regular backups. Assist with data recovery efforts in the event of system failures or data loss.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of system maintenance, troubleshooting activities, and user support interactions. Update documentation as necessary to ensure it remains current and comprehensive.
- **Security Compliance**: Adhere to security protocols and procedures to protect sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access to systems and data.
- **System Optimization**: Optimize system performance by identifying and implementing efficiency improvements, such as adjusting settings, reallocating resources, or recommending hardware upgrades.
