Motion Graphics Editor

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop compelling transitions, animated elements, and motion designs that enhance storytelling and elevate the visual appeal of projects.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas for motion projects, ensuring alignment with the project’s objectives and target audience.
- Translate concepts into storyboard sketches or animatic to effectively communicate the vision to the team and clients.
- Time animations effectively to match the pace and mood of the content.
- Maintain consistency with the brand’s visual identity and adhere to existing branding guidelines in motion designs.
- Seamlessly integrate motion graphics into video projects, such as promotional videos, commercials, explainer videos, and multimedia content.
- Ensure that the motion elements complement the video’s narrative and contribute to effective storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial conceptualization to final delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques and technologies in motion graphics and animation.
- Work collaboratively with graphic designers, animators, video editors, and other team members to deliver cohesive and visually stunning projects.
- Design and create attractive motion graphics for corporate videos, websites, marketing demos, video infographics, etc.

**Skills and Abilities required**
- Hands-on experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and compression techniques.
- Ability to create engaging 2D and/or 3D animations from scratch or adapt existing assets.
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives through visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and a critical eye for composition, color, and visual aesthetics.
- Strong knowledge of post-production techniques, including color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tool such as Blender or any other similar tools.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a video editor or similar role
