**Job Description: Factory Security In-Charge (Ex-Army Personnel)**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:As the Factory Security In-Charge, you will be responsible for the following key areas:
**Security Strategy and Planning**:Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and protocols to safeguard the factory premises, employees, and assets.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend security measures to mitigate potential threats.

**Personnel Management**:Lead and manage the factory security team, which includes security officers and support staff.
Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Access Control**:Maintain strict access control procedures by managing entry and exit points to the factory premises.
Monitor visitor registration, vehicle entry, and ensure that only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.

**Surveillance and Monitoring**:Oversee the installation and maintenance of security surveillance systems, such as CCTV cameras and alarms.
Monitor security feeds and respond promptly to any suspicious activities or breaches.

**Emergency Response**:Develop and coordinate emergency response plans, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and crisis management protocols.
Ensure security team members are well-trained to handle various emergency scenarios effectively.

**Incident Management**:Investigate security breaches, incidents, and accidents, and prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with relevant internal departments and external authorities as needed.

**Security Awareness and Training**:Conduct regular security awareness programs for factory employees to educate them about security procedures and personal safety.

**Equipment and Infrastructure Maintenance**:Oversee the maintenance of security equipment and infrastructure, ensuring they are in optimal working condition at all times.

**Regulatory Compliance**:Stay updated with local and national security regulations and ensure the factory's security measures are in compliance with these standards.

**Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities to enhance security measures and propose innovative solutions to mitigate evolving security risks.

**Qualifications**:

- Ex-Army personnel with a minimum of 5 years of service experience, preferably with a rank.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse security team effectively.
- Proven experience in security management, risk assessment, and emergency response planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
- Familiarity with security equipment, surveillance systems, and modern security technologies.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure situations.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
