**The team you'll be part of**

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

**What you will learn and contribute to**
- CDB Tasks, Report preparation, Dispatcher, 24*7 Support for care, EME rota update
- Pre-approval data consolidation and sharing with CT for WTR, Manual Case creation, EME Rota Update, Rerouting of cases
- Resolve, Nols and Clics account creation and modification
- KU task, RAS Key User
- Adhoc support handling (Monitoring, remote and onsite support in EME & case handling, Timer Extension, Product Change, Priority change, contract update, Daily report preparation for SKIL(No of Reports-5), MST report sharing with CSE and their LMs
- Support Programme run by care management (CPT Audit, data collection), KPI analysis and data sharing for management presentation and analysis, SUS adhoc tasks, Global Backlog Cleanup, Subregion PPTs preparation

**Your skills and experience**

**You have**:

- Experience of CDB
- Exposure to Sales force
- Xl expertise (formulas, pivots etc..), Powerpoint
- Power BI and Power Apps
- Customer focus
- Team working mindset
- Ability to quickly learn new things & willingness to explore new challenges
