- Team welfare and engagement._
- **Quality of service**:_
- Patient Safety chart completion and check
- Adequacy of service delivery in their area
- Monitor and record all aspects of quality of care parameters and ensure the compliance of doctors orders.
- Data monitoring & Reporting (all relevant clinical & administrative data)
- Compliance to JCI/NABH Standards including infection control and medication management.
- Compliance to 4 initiatives:
Fond farewell, Discharge

Liasoning:
Coordinate patient discharges and ensure speedy completion of discharge summaries with the help of the respective executives.

Smooth admissions, discharges & transfers.

Indenting ward stock, update records/register (Inventory management).
- **Patient Relations**:_

Adequate patient communication regarding the plan of care in consultation with the respective consultant.

To counsel the patients at the time of discharge alongwith the doctor.

Completion of medical records at all times.
- **Training and Development**:_

Impart at least 8 hours of technical training per month to nursing staff.

Roaster management.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
