**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain office schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of documents, both physical and digital.
- Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
- Assist in planning and organizing meetings, workshops, or events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes as required.
- Input and update information into company databases or systems.
- Generate periodic reports as directed by the management.
- Provide general assistance to teams, including scheduling tasks and running errands.
- Help with on-boarding new employees by preparing materials and workspace setups.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
