Job Summary: As a Call Center Resource at Saanzz Digital, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients of Devaaj Enterprises. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive brand image. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.

Address customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and offer appropriate solutions.

Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Utilize computer systems and software to accurately record customer interactions and maintain customer databases.

Follow communication scripts and guidelines to provide consistent and efficient customer service.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues and ensure customer needs are met.

Upsell and cross-sell products or services to maximize revenue and enhance customer experience.

Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Adhere to call center metrics and performance standards, including average handle time, call quality, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Strive to achieve individual and team goals while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.

Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [relevant language(s)].

Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and call center systems.

Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules as required.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
