**Job Purpose**
- This position carries the responsibility of looking after various revenue related reporting of business performances for entire Clusters. Revenue reporting primarily gets driven through Process Factory, ensuring correctness in the numbers and timely publishing the reports for each of the circles lies with this position.
- Continuous support to Process factory team on daily basis for day to day issue resolution & process improvement.
- Preparation & reporting KPI tracker providing performance of CPR, Subscribers, Tertiary, Recharge & usage details to senior management on a Daily basis. Reporting includes within VIL management and to Groups as well.
- This position will also be responsible for preparation of various cost analysis at a functional level. Tracking cost element wise performance against budget and communicate through circulating monthly dash boards & presentations. Trigger outliers to help taking correction actions.
- Responsible for preparation key business insights. Weekly presentation of various business statistics to Senior Management at CXO level and to Operational Directors to support taking strategic business interventions.
- Responsible for Budget Monitoring and providing variance analysis with budget not only at National level but also for each of the clusters/circles both for consumer and enterprise elements on a daily/weekly basis for revenue and Cost items.
- Preparation of presentations with statistics of circle performances, predominantly relating to Cluster finance operations and organize monthly reviews and resolve the operations issues and provide required policy guidance.
- Work closely with BDMs to ensure operational KPI reporting are in-line with business directions & also keep up the interaction across all functions at Corporate & clusters on various business reporting on need basis.
- Working closely with BI, IT & Hyperion team for various system related developmental work ensuring all new requirements / change in the business KPIs are given effect in the reporting system & structure
- Controlling data quality, reporting structure & various exceptional reporting
- Preparation of other analytical reports (Ex-4G handset analysis, MNP performance, Quality of acquisition, Product payback working etc.)
- New account code creation (if any) & incorporating the changes into the reporting system (Hyperion) and ensuring the change effect validation are in place across circle reports (Template etc...)
- Explore & ensure various automation possibilities across reporting activities, drive automations and ensure implementation of the same.
- Participate actively into KPI UAT, Manage Project Tracker, logic validation, working around new reporting module(s) on reporting system changes.
- Handling various Business demands that comes up from operation team including COO & OD offices, ensuring timely reporting / sharing analysis.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Daily Monitoring of trends of various KPIs (Funnel study, Recharge trend etc.) with accuracy and as per the timelines.
- Timely and accurate publication of all Revenue & Cost related reports for each of the Clusters along with relevant KPIs of Revenue, Subscribers & Cost for each line of business and for all products, both for mobility and non-mobility on daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Weekly Preparation of Business Review Presentation as designed basis inputs from Ops team.
- Presenting business performances to senior leadership team involving CXOs & ODs on a weekly basis.
- Providing continuous support to process factory team on various operational issues including system developments
- Preparation & publishing daily reports to higher management of VIL & reporting to Group.
