**Job description**

The Inside Sales Cold Caller is part of the core Sales & Marketing team of the Techwish. This role will be based in India and will responsible for all the Cold Calling and Inside Sales effort. This role will involve calling the leads generated through various Marketing Campaigns and validating these leads to get meeting scheduled with the Sales team.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone. Ability to learn about products and services and describe and explain them to prospects.

**Education and Experience**:
Required: Graduation/ Masters from an accredited university in Marketing, Business Administration or related major and 3-8 years’ experience in the Marketing of B2B IT/ Technology firm.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- At least 3-8 years’ experience in Inside Sales activity for B2B Technology firms
- Selling software, IT services, managed services, IT Products, optimization, and integration services to customers.
- Should be knowledgeable of Lead Generation: Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, digital media, canvassing and cold calling.
- Should have very clear and advanced communication skills.
- Should be comfortable talking to Indian and US based customers.
- Able to ask the right questions and drive the discussion towards understanding where the lead is relevant to our business and drive the discussion towards having a meeting with the sales team.
- Should have good knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info and Salesforce CRM
- Should have research skills to identify the relevant contacts within a prospect company and the n try to find their contact details using Zoom Info and other database.
- Good knowledge of IT Industry terminology, Offshoring and Outsourcing, IT Services and Technology products
- Should be able to qualify the leads from the campaigns and then add them in the CRM- salesforce and keep the track of the progress and nurturing of the lead.
- Good in finding innovative ways to approach the prospects before any events/ conference to fix meeting with the Sales team.
- Creating reports of various marketing campaigns online/ offline and the leads generated from each campaign to calculate the ROI of the marketing events.
- Should be comfortable working in the overlap time zone between India and US- 3 pm to 12 am shift.

**Salary**: ₹247,724.38 - ₹900,000.00 per year
