Telesales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain and promote company products/services to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM software.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum High School/Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of telesales or customer service experience (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
