**Req Id**:16884**Job Family**:Reporting & Support**Location**:Bangalore, IN, 560071- As Project Administrator, you are responsible for:
- Coordination of dept. activities within the Completion scope
- Administration of dept. processes, data bases and tools, including but not limited to the preparation and Compilation of BN Mark-up and issuance of Commissioning documentation
- Issuance of the project Key Performance Indicators (Inspection, document reviews).
- Follow up of key suppliers’ audits
- Participation and support to tasks assigned to the Group Ex Manager, including notably reporting and document review.
- Review of administrative data from Certificates Review Company.
- Schedule, track and coordinate activities.
- Assist and/or delegate from dept Manager to implement and monitor processes and procedures, using initiative and personal judgement.
- Perform data administration, analysis and reporting.

**Education**:Bachelor in any discipline**Experience**: 5+ years**Specific skills / expertise / product**:

- Ex qualification and/or Advanced Admin experience.
- Initiative and autonomy are essential.
- Organization, planning and prioritization skills to coordinate multiple tasks within a global and virtual team.
- Good working knowledge of all usual business software and more specifically advance knowledge of Excel
- Fluent spoken and written English
