**WAS Admin**
- Experience - Minimum 3-6 years
- Required Qualification - BCA/B.E./BCS /B.Tech
- Skills - WebSphere Application Server
- Usage of clusters, profile creation, additions of nodes to clusters, deployment manager profile etc.
- Load Balancing Configuration
- Session Management Configuration
- Security / SSL configuration
- Plugin changes and propagation
- Log file maintenance and housekeeping
- Logging and tracing
- Troubleshooting issues with WAS/HTTP/Edge server
- Identifying problematic components and suggesting resolutions/workarounds (if any)
- Raising PMR with IBM for product related issues. Assisting IBM with logs and traces from the servers
- Implementing changes suggested by IBM for resolution of such issues
- Root cause analysis and reporting
- Performance troubleshooting using inbuilt TPV
- Thread Dump and Heap dump analysis
**Other soft skills**:
