Introduction:
This role is a CRES F&BM role. Corporate Real Estate Solutions and Location Strategy is a global function that provides Real Estate services across the firm. The role is responsible for delivery and management of month end, flash reporting, billing of managed cost to businesses and end user entities, with keen focus on providing commercial insight, identifying risk, opportunities and key challenges. This role is also involved in supporting strategic decisions especially around providing inputs and insights from the consumed costs.

What will you be doing?
- Analysis and Commentary of Consumed cost base for CRES: - o MI Review and analysis
- Billing Rules Impact analysis
- Presentation pack and analysis
- Responding to Operating Units queries
- Planning / Budgeting / Forecasting - By Operating Units (Including Balance sheet)
- Analysis and Production of monthly and budget/outlook packs for Operating Units
- Outlook / Budget (Managed / Consumed / Waterfall)
- Outlook / Budget - Consumed View - Planning Tool output analysis / validation
- Budget Transfer
- CIP - CEO view
- Controllership around Consumed Cost base of CRES, including
- Billing Rule Maintenance/ Update / Reporting
- Ensure PC have proper rules attached
- Inter Group Agreement breaks - Resolution in co-ordination Billing Team
- Responding to Audit queries
- Work closely with the CRES VP, CRES Finance team (Onshore / Off shore) to deliver commercial insights
- Work closely with Cost Ledger team, CRES FBPs on the managed costs to understand movements, insights etc
- Build a strong functional relationship with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
- Data Sourcing and Data Quality - act as a business owner to ensure timely and accurate data fed through to key stakeholders
- Planning / Budgeting / Forecasting - Data loads, extracts and MI in the PARKER planning tool
- Preparation of variance analysis; ensuring a sufficient level of understanding of the key issues driving variances to outlook, STP etc.
- Supporting various ad-hoc requests ensuring that deliverables are at high standards to provide a timely response to all queries

What we’re looking for:

- Commercially minded with proven skills and experience in Controllership
- Strong MS Excel skills - Should be familiar with advanced functions
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Professional accountancy qualification (CA/MBA (Reputed institutes)/ACA/CIMA/CFA) or equivalent relevant experience
- Experienced at process improvement and performance management.
- Working understanding of SAP / ERP
