**Designation : Data MIS and Reconciliation**

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Managers and team to process refund requests
- Verify integrity of data provided within electronic files
- Research discrepancies in commission files
- Assist accounts & Finance team with inquiries regarding billing
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Available for team projects or analysis, as required
- Other roles and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager of E-Commerce Top Line Revenue and Analytics
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
- Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of data within Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional written skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate to multiple levels of personnel and management
- Exceptional verbal communications skills, with ability to interact with Regional and Area management teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with both internal and external clients and vendors
- Multi-tasking, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver critical components on time
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
