**About the Role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated ITI (Mechanical/Fitter) freshers to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent ITI graduates to start their career in a hands-on technical role. You will be trained and mentored by experienced professionals and gain exposure to various aspects of mechanical maintenance, assembly, and repair work.

As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems and machinery. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out repairs as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation & Assembly**: Assist in the installation and assembly of mechanical components, machinery, and equipment.
- **Maintenance & Repairs**: Perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify mechanical issues in machinery and equipment and assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting problems.
- **Inspection & Testing**: Conduct inspections and tests on mechanical systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and any modifications made to mechanical systems.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in the shop floor or maintenance areas.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior technicians, engineers, and team members to complete tasks effectively.
- **Learning & Development**: Continuously learn and improve mechanical skills through training and hands-on experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Completed ITI (Industrial Training Institute) course in Mechanical/Fitter trade.
- **Freshers Welcome**: No prior work experience required, but eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment is essential.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic understanding of mechanical tools, equipment, and machinery.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to identify mechanical issues and provide solutions.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy components.
- **Team Player**: Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to work in various shifts and adapt to new challenges.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
