**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the claims process from initial filing to resolution, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for policyholders, providing guidance and support throughout the claims journey.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Claims Management**: Review and process insurance claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.
- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as the main point of contact for claimants, addressing inquiries and providing updates on the status of their claims.
- **Documentation**: Collect and verify necessary documentation to support claims, including incident reports, photos, and medical records.
- **Investigation**: Conduct thorough investigations into claims, including reviewing policies, interviewing relevant parties, and collaborating with adjusters as needed.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate timely and accurate claims resolution.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies that may arise during the claims process, working towards a satisfactory outcome for all parties involved.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of claims activities and prepare reports for management as needed.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all claims are processed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in claims processing or customer service in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
