Role: Sr. Digital Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing profile to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Experience: 2- 5 Yrs

Job Location: WFH/ Pune location only

**Salary**: As per Industry Standards
- Developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies using PPC, SEO, SEM, and other techniques to attract traffic to the website and increasing awareness of company’s products and services.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (lead generation, reach etc.) with better conversion rates.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms. Knowledge of how to use hashtags, hyperlinks & backlinks.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, website development & sales team to create impactful campaigns.
- Creating event page & its promotion on other relevant groups.
- Monitor and analyze organization’s website (HTML & WordPress) and social media analytics.
- Work on SEO of the website pages.
- Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly.
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube. Must know how to operate YouTube channel.
- Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, followers & traffic.
- Continuous market research & analysis to discover what's new & trending in the industry.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field required.
- 2 years & above of experience in digital marketing.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Google certification will be an added advantage.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions (ROI and KPIs).
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
