We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Business Growth Analyst to oversee all aspects of our online presence and drive significant growth through strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for managing our website, SEO, digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring a strong presence on online platforms.

This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.

**Responsibilities**

1. Digital Sales Management:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive digital sales through various online channels, including e-commerce platforms, websites, and mobile apps.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize conversion rates and revenue generation.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

2. Social Media Marketing:

- Create and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Develop content calendars, write compelling copy, and design visual assets to attract and engage target audiences.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries and comments, and manage online reputation effectively.

3. End-to-End Digital Marketing:

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
