MaxMind’s Online Teachers - will train kids of age 10-14 for our online course "YouTuber Kids Program"

We expect from you:
1. Engaging Lesson Delivery:

- Deliver lessons in a lively and engaging manner to capture the attention and interest of kids aged 10 to 14.
- Utilize multimedia, interactive activities, and real-world examples to enhance the learning experience.

2. Interactive Discussions:

- Facilitate regular interactive discussions to encourage active participation and foster a sense of community among students.
- Create a safe and inclusive space for students to express their ideas and ask questions.

3. Effective Use of Technology:

- Leverage technology tools and platforms to enhance the online teaching experience.
- Integrate interactive elements such as polls, quizzes, and multimedia presentations to keep the classes dynamic.

4. Adaptability and Flexibility:

- Adjust teaching methods based on the unique learning styles and preferences of individual students.
- Be flexible in adapting to the evolving needs of the virtual classroom.

5. Motivational Strategies:

- Implement motivational strategies to inspire students and maintain their enthusiasm for the course.
- Recognize and celebrate individual and group achievements to foster a positive learning environment.

6. Individualized Attention:

- Provide individualized attention to students as needed, ensuring that each child feels supported and valued.
- Address any challenges or concerns raised by students promptly and constructively.

7. Progress Monitoring:

- Regularly monitor the progress of students within the course, ensuring that they are grasping key concepts.
- Identify and address any areas where students may need additional support.

8. Parent Communication:

- Maintain open and regular communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and engagement.
- Share insights into the course content and encourage parental involvement in supporting their child's learning.

9. Fun and Creative Activities:

- Introduce fun and creative activities related to content creation and YouTube, promoting a hands-on learning experience.

10. Feedback Collection:

- Solicit feedback from students on the teaching methods and course structure.
- Use feedback to continuously improve and tailor the delivery of the course to meet the evolving needs of the students.

11. Positive Classroom Environment:

- Create a positive and inclusive online classroom environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and sharing their thoughts.
- Encourage collaboration and peer-to-peer learning among students.

12. Maintaining Interest Beyond Classes:

- Provide additional resources, challenges, or projects that encourage students to explore the world of content creation outside of class hours.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship, Freelance, Volunteer

**Salary**: ₹10,179.66 - ₹55,108.65 per month

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
