- Resolve clients’ queries and concerns.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in general clerical Duties, sales administration, and coordination work.
- Possess good command of English and customer Service skills. Hindi/ Telugu will be added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Drive. Pivot Tables, Charts & Dashboard
- Able to work independently and communicate Effectively with people at all levels.
