**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with personal tasks, such as managing the chairman's schedule, making travel arrangements, and maintaining contact lists.
- Assist with the preparation of meetings, events, and other functions, including coordinating with attendees and ensuring that all materials are prepared in advance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage of files and documents.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the chairman.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of administrative experience, with a proven track record of providing high-level support to executives or other senior leaders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and concisely and to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Good computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
