**RETURNS - Operations Executive**

LSD Lifestyles Pvt Ltd is one of the leading companies in ecommerce business and deals in multiple consumer product categories. The company started in year 2007 and is majorly in Manufacturing (Textiles) business from last 15 years. Over the period, Company has gained a strong position in the Ecommerce industry as well. We have our headquarters in Mumbai & have a presence pan India. We are expanding the business to multiple categories and brands on multiple ecommerce platforms.
- **Position** - Returns Management Executive
- **Location**:

- **Years of Experience** - 02 to 04 years
- **Travel** - Local as well as PAN India as and when required

Returns Executive supervises the receipt of goods for return and co-ordinates return of goods to vendors. Handles defective, damaged, discontinued or recalled goods and destroys return goods as appropriate. Ensures the returns process follows appropriate procedure and maintains documents as necessary. Supervises a small group of para professional staff.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage, direct and monitor the performance of the warehouse for the organisation including the development and maintenance of the warehouse, inventory of returns/stock control and returns process to produce smooth and efficient system and delivery solution, maximising performance & profitability against pre-agreed targets and control.
- Effective liaison, support and assistance with the whole of the organisation
- Maintain and improve mechanisms for running the warehouse and returns process, including surveying and measuring the inventory of returns/stock control, returns process, outcomes and expenditure and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities
- Utilise agreed systems to manage the warehouse and stock control functions, analysis and documenting
- The development of plans for the warehouse, inventory of returns/stock control and returns process to contribute towards organisation targets
- Set an example for team members and organisation as a whole of commitment, warehousing expertise, work ethics and habits and personal character
- Maintain accurate records
- Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls
- Understand all aspects and processes related to return to merchant processes such as, picking, packing and dispatching/shipment of Removal Orders

**Requirements**:

- Have a detailed understanding of warehouse management systems
- Problem solving skills and must be analytical
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environment
- Possess excellent personal organisation and business administration skills in accordance with modern best practice methods
- Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt
- Good team player, hard worker, willing to be flexible with a positive attitude Must be able to work as part of a multi-cultural team
- Have proven relevant experience in receiving, picking, packing, evaluation, put-away and inventory management (in applicable departments within the DC)
- 2-4 years warehouse experience
- 2 years supervisory experience/exposure would be advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
