Creative Content Creator - Kannada

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing digital media company looking for a talented and passionate Creative Content Creator to join our team. As a content creator, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and entertaining YouTube Videos/Shorts and Instagram Reels in the Kannada language. If you have a flair for storytelling, love for visual aesthetics, and a deep understanding of social media trends, we want you to be a part of our creative team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Content Ideation: Develop innovative and captivating ideas for YouTube videos/shorts & Instagram Reels that align with the target audience and our brand's values.

2. Scriptwriting: Craft compelling and engaging scripts in Kannada, incorporating humor, emotions, and relatable elements to keep the viewers entertained and connected.

3. Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and viral content in the Kannada-speaking community to ensure our videos and reels are relevant and timely.

4. Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team, video editors, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to maintain a cohesive vision and elevate the quality of content produced.

5. Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and feedback on YouTube and Instagram, fostering a positive and interactive community.

6. Analyze Performance: Regularly analyze the performance metrics of the content created, identify areas for improvement, and strategize to enhance the reach and engagement of future content.

7. Brand Alignment: Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's guidelines, voice, and values, while maintaining authenticity and creativity.

8. Optimization: Utilize SEO techniques, relevant keywords, and effective metadata to optimize the visibility and discoverability of videos and reels on YouTube and Instagram.

9. Adaptability: Be adaptable and open to experimenting with new formats and styles to keep the content fresh and engaging for the audience.

**Requirements**:
1. Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken Kannada is essential. Proficiency in English is also preferred for effective communication within the team.

2. Creative Flair: Demonstrable creativity and storytelling skills with the ability to think outside the box and create unique content.

3. Technical Expertise: Experience in video filming and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

4. Social Media Savvy: In-depth knowledge of YouTube and Instagram platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content promotion and engagement.

5. Passion for Content Creation: A genuine passion for creating entertaining and valuable content that resonates with the target audience.

6. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in Kannada content creation, YouTube videos, and Instagram Reels will be highly advantageous.

7. Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Team Player: Collaborative spirit, open to feedback, and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

9. Understanding of Analytics: Basic understanding of video analytics and social media insights to measure content performance.

10. Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with Kannada culture, traditions, and trends, ensuring content remains relevant and relatable.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
