Starting from a single outlet at Park Street, Flurys has entered into a strategic expansion drive, as of 31st March, 23, Flurry's operates 68 outlets across Kolkata, New Delhi, and Mumbai in café, restaurant and kiosk formats. In the years to come Flurys plans to be present across all major cities in the Country.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a **Senior Executive Quality Assurance **at Flurys India in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Executive Quality Assurance will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of products and services to meet customer expectations and regulatory compliance. The role will also involve developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, managing quality assurance staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, and tools
- Experience in implementing and managing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field
- Certification in Quality Assurance or related field is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
