**Job Overview**

We are hiring for the position of Account Executive at Dwarka Gems Limited.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and journal entries.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Present these reports to management for review and decision-making.
- Auditing: Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process to provide required financial documentation and resolve any audit-related queries.
- Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash management and to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Expense Management: Monitor and analyze company expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and providing recommendations to management.
- Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, collections, and vendor management.
- Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments to employees.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, prepare variance reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.
- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Stay updated with financial regulations and ensure the company's compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
- Financial Systems and Software: Utilize accounting software and financial tools effectively to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

**Job Type**: Full-time Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
