- Overall 7+ years experience in the IT industry with
- 5+ years experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst
- 3+ years of experience as Scrum master
- As a Product Owner/Business Analyst you will be
- Able to partner with Business & Technical partners to delivery the User stories on time.
- Able to perform requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder management, functional design, UAT testing
- Able to present product demos to the business partners/stakeholders
- Able to manage requirements from initiation till go-live
- Proficient in Agile methodology
- As a Scrum Master, you will be
- Proficient in Agile methodology and ceremonies in the Agile.
- Able to manage single/multiple scrums and conduct sprint/scrum ceremonies
- Proficient in guiding the team towards agile implementation pertaining to industry standard
- Remove all impediments associated to the sprint execution and the team towards successful delivery by achieving sprint goals/objectives
- Good to have project management skills, and ability to collaborate with multiple points of contact in order to achieve results
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reach agreement with partners
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools with particular skill with Excel, PowerPoint and VISIO
- Proficiency with DASS, Signavio, Jira & confluence
- Assists in managing and prioritizing backlogs, collaborating and representing Business Stakeholders in developing impactful product features.
- Facilitate and encourage the necessary conversations between the Business, Leadership, and Technology to determine the what and the how of the product features.
- Partners with technology teams and product owners along with testers for successful delivery technical delivery.
- Develop partnership relationships with other technical and operational teams and maintain working rapport with others, leveraging these relationships to meet common project milestone/goal.
- Meets with compliance, policy, and process teams to ensure project documentation is communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
