Hostel Warden

Supervise the daily activities and routines of hostel residents, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment within the hostel premises, addressing any security concerns promptly.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere conducive to the personal and professional growth of residents.
- Address resident grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and impartial manner.
- Coordinate with admin staff to ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Facilitate recreational and extracurricular activities to promote social interaction and community engagement among residents.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Keep accurate records of resident attendance, incidents, and any other relevant information.
- Serve as a liaison between residents, factory management, and external stakeholders as necessary.
- Assist in the admission process for new residents, including orientation and familiarization with hostel rules and facilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
