Detailed Responsibilities
- Lead alternate channel of Sales - Residence visits, design/sales at show flats, apartment activities.
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects and be responsible for achieving sales targets.
**. **Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us to order booking to design finalization
**. **Collaborate with the customer, understand their requirements, and give them the best product solution for their home. (This is including, but is not limited to, quoting, detailed designing and getting production drawings ready for manufacturing. Most of these tasks are automated with HomeLaneʼs proprietary product, SpaceCraft Pro.)
**. **Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

**. **Lead alternate channel of Sales - Residence visits, design/sales at show flats, apartment activities.
**. **Work on weekends: Ours is a weekend business and as a Design Relationship Manager, you will have to work all weekends except one weekend, per month. You will be able to compensate for this during the week. We run a 6-day week.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
What are we looking for?
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Inclination to work on a design software (SpaceCraft Pro, Sketchup)
- Empathy towards customer needs-lifestyle and budget
- Strong communication skills - Both verbal and written communication skills to be able to construct and defend ideas/designs/pricing.
**.** Communication in English is mandatory and the local language is also desirable.
**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
