**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and update course materials, syllabus, and assessments in alignment with nursing standards and best practices.
- **Instruction**:

- Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on training sessions in nursing theory, clinical skills, and patient care.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Create, administer, and grade exams and practical assessments.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students regarding their performance.
- **Mentorship and Support**:

- Offer academic and professional guidance to nursing students, helping them to develop critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills.
- Support students in achieving their educational and career goals.
- **Clinical Supervision**:

- Oversee students during clinical rotations, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and ethical standards in patient care.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with nursing practices and educational techniques.
- Participate in research initiatives to contribute to nursing education.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with faculty and healthcare professionals to enhance the nursing program and student learning experiences.
- Attend faculty meetings and contribute to departmental discussions.
- **Student Advocacy**:

- Promote a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
