**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst with expertise in SQL and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling large datasets efficiently.
- Experience with data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
