**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Payments**
- Regular payments of Telephone and Broadband Bills, Electricity Payments, Vendor Bills, Purchase Bills
- Follow Up for Bills and Supporting
- Checking of respective quotes
- Verification of Invoices as per PO and Approvals
- Preparation of monthly rental sheet

**Statutory Compliances**
- Update vendors GSTIN in the books of Accounts and bank account details
- Taking GST Input entries in Books of Accounts
- Verification of GST Invoices
- Monthwise Proper documentation of GST Input Invoices Vendor wise
- Renewal of Vehicle Insurance Policies
- TDS Entries in Books of Accounts

**Internal Audit**
- Coordinating with the Auditors in coordination with the department Head.
- Implementing the changes as per the feedback of the Auditor / department Head.

**Miscellaneous**
- Preparation of MIS Reports on Monthly basis Vendor wise
- Preparation of AMC statements across Patna centers
- Reconciliation of Creditors / Vendors
- Preparation of Work/Purchase Order
- Preparation and Verification of Channel Claim Statement
- Open to do multitasking
- Must be excellent in MS Ofiice, Tally ERP 9
- Good communication Skill

**Experience: 1 - 5 yrs**

**Qualification: B.Com Graduate / MBA in Finance**
