**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team in day-to-day activities to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
- Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads through research and outreach.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to learn about sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Help create and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, and proposals.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Assist in preparing reports on sales activities, goals, and achievements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and promotion.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Shadow senior sales representatives to learn best practices and strategies for closing deals.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing sales documents.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn about sales and business development.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
