**Role Description**
- As a QA Automation Engineer, ensure the conformance to business specification with reliable and performant and Secure software product.
- Automate the ever-evolving testing process to identify issues before the software goes to production.
- Enable an agile and fast delivery pipeline with shortest turnaround time in QA phase as possible.
- Bring NFRs under test automation umbrella esp. Performance testing, benchmarking and reporting around the same
- Play a role of cross functional QA who along with automation, can also contribute/aid towards exploratory testing, system testing and be conversant with analysis tools/skills such as splunks, SQL analysis, examining message queues etc.
- Play a role of cross functional QA who contributes by thinking about deficiencies in product, processes and demand for a better outcome with specific inputs

**Your key responsibilities**
- Provide inputs to Enterprise and domain level Test Automation Strategy and roadmap
- Takes ownership of strategy and solution design, development and implementation in specific system areas, such as, Cloud, Continuous Delivery and Test / Behaviour Driven Development
- Design, Develop and Implement test automation frameworks and reusable components for various platforms and technologies
- Mentor junior team members on test automation best practices.
- Provide technical guidance to a team of Test Automation Analysts to ensure high quality automation deliverable.

**Your skills and experience**

Relevant Experience (Test Automation) -: Preferably same or we're fine with below relevant experience.
- AVP - 8-10 years

**Should have experience on**:

- Test Automation framework development or framework enhancement. We’re specifically looking for a resource who has actively contributed to either framework development or enhancement. Not that resource who just executed the test suite with the help of framework.
- Java, Python, JavaScript / Typescript.
- API Testing
- Should have worked on BDD.
- Selenium Webdriver.
- UI Automation -**:WebdriverIO / Karate for Angular apps automation **.
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Unix commands.
- Should be able to provide solution on complex regarding test automation issues.
- Keen on research on different technologies regarding test automation.
- Able to setup framework from scratch in bank approved technology stack.
