Teaching Role:

- **Curriculum planning**: Develop lesson plans and educational materials.
- **Assessment**: Evaluate students' performance through exams, assignments, and participation.
- **Classroom management**: Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment.

Counseling Role:

- **Career guidance**: Advise students on career paths, college options, and future opportunities.
- **Conflict resolution**: Assist in resolving disputes among students or between students and teachers.
- **Personal development**: Guide students in building confidence, self-esteem, and interpersonal skills.
- **Parental collaboration**: Work with parents to support students’ academic and emotional needs.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Teaching experience: 1 year (required)
- Classroom management: 1 year (required)
