**Job Summary**:
As a Lulu Sales Supervisor, you will oversee the sales operations across all Lulu outlets, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to company standards. Your role encompasses leading and motivating sales teams, optimizing sales strategies, managing inventory, and upholding exceptional customer service across all locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to sales teams across multiple outlets, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product placement, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and implement corrective actions as needed to optimize results.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Serve as a liaison between sales teams and management, conveying feedback, insights, and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher or experienced.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in computer knowledge.
- Flexibility to travel between outlets and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- 100% travelling required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
