**Position : Sociology Teacher with UPSC Civil Service Preparation Background.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Instruct and guide students in sociology, focusing on UPSC Civil Service exam preparation.
- Provide mentoring and support to degree cum civil service students, fostering a conducive learning environment.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in sociology and relevant topics for civil service exams.
- Assist students in developing critical thinking, analytical, and writing skills necessary for UPSC examinations.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Offer personalized guidance to students, addressing their academic concerns and career aspirations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
- Stay informed about changes in the UPSC exam pattern and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- A strong educational background with a graduate degree.
- Experience in teaching sociology, preferably with a focus on UPSC exam preparation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and colleagues.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students in their academic and career pursuits.
- Continuous self-learning to stay updated on evolving UPSC exam patterns and sociology trends.
- Flexibility to work with a diverse group of students, including those pursuing degrees alongside civil service preparation.
