**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the company's technical strategy and road-map, aligning it with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the software development team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices, and evaluate their potential impact on the company's product development road-map
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and customers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position
- Strong technical skills in software architecture, design, and development, with expertise in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++)
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Exposure to **artificial intelligence** field is desirable
- Knowledge of **React Native** and **Flutter **platforms
