Job Description
- Must have working experience in MS-office (MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Outstanding Negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints
- Must have strong convincing power and pressure handling capacity.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Call customers to inform & convince about the importance of company's products and services.
- Generating Leads or Searching & Collecting desired information from the clients by using own skill and new marketing initiatives.
- Creating a Database of Fresh / New Clients, Followup Clients and Converted Clients.
- Followup / Communicate with the created database through phone calls on daily basis.
- Fix / Organise a meeting with the customer.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
