Fibre Technician

Fiber Broadband & Internet OTT technician is required for a firm to handle all the broadband Internet & Network related queries, Knowledge of Computer Harware Networking is an advantage.

Some of the duties of a fiber optic technician include:
Installing and repairing fiber optic cables

Handling bamboo ladder for wiring fiber optic cables

Testing fiber optic systems

Configuring fiber optic systems for data transmission

Troubleshooting and diagnosing fiber optic faults

Providing technical assistance and training to customers

Organizing scheduled maintenance routines

Opticle Fiber splicing

Investigating current optical and laser fiber optics systems and devices.

Resolve, repair and install fiber optics systems, ensuring that they work properly.

Examine and replace faulty and/or old fiber optic cables.

Organize scheduled maintenance routines.

Take care of fiber splicing and rectify fiber optic problem areas.

Develop sensor indicators and conduct timely inspections, so that a faulty fiber optic system does not destabilize its performance.

Execute premises cabling and take care of the underground and underwater cabling requirements.

Keep track of the signal strength of different devices including: television, telephone, and high-speed internet.

Formulate and maintain system records and system designs.

Troubleshooting computer related problems on client sight as required.

Marketing for new connection in free hrs.
