**Job Description**:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing Walk-ins, offline and online leads
- Cultivate prospects to drive revenue through inbound sales strategy
- Work collaboratively with a professional team of interior designers to achieve ambitious sales objectives
- Consistently engage in prospecting activities aimed at building a robust pipeline and cultivating strong, lasting relationships with corporate clients
- Interact with clients to set up meetings and deliver them a great customer experience
- Effectively negotiate deals and bring the maximum business
- Develop and execute strategic plan for the showroom
- Maintain highest number of meetings, order book, calling TAT, quote Vs budget
- Proactively solve problems even taking on additional initiatives and responsibilities
- Improve profitability and develop pipeline by utilizing multiple marketing channels and sales strategies
- Achieve a good Lead to Meeting Ratio and Meeting to Opportunity Ratio
