Full-time deployment as IEC Expert as part of state-level PMU for Direcorate of Urban Transport, Uttar Pradesh.

Responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating between key stakeholders & maintaining clear/crisp communication channels between various stakeholders
- Preparation of Reports, Presentations and its related work
- Inter departmental coordination
- To coordinate collaborative capacities of the local government, international and national organizations
- To understand the requirements of the Authority/ state government and stakeholder ensuring implementation of key projects
- Co-ordination with National/ International institutes for capacity buildings and training programs and its related works
- Training and capacity building to the Authority and SPV ULB Officials, DPR Consultants, Contractors & other related personals related to Project preparation, execution, operation, management & maintenance with the help of team members
- Support in development of Guidelines, policies, SOPs and other related documents related to project.
- Any other work assigned by Authority;

Location: Lucknow

Engagement type: 1 year retainership contract (renewable)

Qualification requirements:

- Graduate Degree in Mass Communication and related discipline
- Min. 4 years in IEC cammpaigns, behaviour change, maintaining electronic files and database, preparation of peports and presentations, content Writing. Experience in urban transprot is preferred.
