**Job Title: Security Guard**

**Job Overview**:
As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets. You will be required to maintain a vigilant presence, monitor surveillance equipment, and enforce security protocols to prevent unauthorized access or incidents. This role requires a keen sense of observation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to act swiftly and decisively in emergency situations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Surveillance**: Monitor premises through surveillance cameras, patrolling, or other means to detect and prevent suspicious activities or security breaches.
- **Access Control**: Control access to the premises by verifying identification, permits, or clearance levels of individuals entering the facility.
- **Security Checks**: Conduct routine inspections of the premises to ensure all doors, windows, and entry points are secure. Report any vulnerabilities or security risks to the appropriate authorities.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, such as disturbances, accidents, or medical emergencies. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
- **Crowd Control**: Maintain order and control crowds during events or gatherings to prevent disturbances or unauthorized activities.
- **Communication**:. Provide timely and accurate reports of incidents, activities, or observations.
- **Customer Service**: Provide assistance, directions, or information to visitors, employees, or customers as needed. Ensure a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- **Patrolling**: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter criminal activity and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports, shift logs, and maintenance logs, Gate Pass, etc.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position preferred.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures, equipment, and techniques.
- Valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
